Horrible experience with this office and my Dr Denise Hixon. I have HS hydradenitis supprativa and was experiencing a really bad flare up and needed to be seen for medication. Contacted the office all week to make an emergency appointment because I knew the ER wouldn't be able to treat my conditions correctly like my dermatologist. The front office made no attempt to try and help and basically told me there was nothing they can do because my doctor was booked. They didn't even offer to put me on a cancelation list.
