My issue is for practice management. If you are a LONG time patient with a doc ( Schmidt), and he retires, contact his patients. We are out here wondering what to do, if anyone cares. "Mr. XXX, Dr. Schmidt retired. We'd like to keep you as a patient (customer), and Dr. XXX is who we would like you to see for your next appt. Would you like to schedule that now? Or, we do have your records for pickup if you decide to move to another doctor. Not hard guys...a little customer consideration. You would keep more patients

Front desk needs to work on how they communicate with potential clients. Customer service is key.
My Derma Surgery procedure was virtually pain free . Dr Nguyen is an excellent physician and I highly recommend him.
Denise is a wonderful Doctor! She in kind and very thorough. She is also very knowledgeable about her field. I trust her with all of my skin issues
