I spent $160 on a single product and received a shipping notification. When the package arrived, it was a box that only contained a coupon for my next order. Do not buy from Dermstore that’s primarily an online store. I bought very expensive products and never received them. There is photo evidence that it was delivered to the wrong address. The customer service here is awful and they are trying to keep my money!!!
I received a wrong item and started a message in the messenger which I was told I had to send it back before the correct item would be sent. So I provide all the information requested and was sent a return label. I packaged and the wrong item and sent it back the day after I received it. The next morning I got an email from Dermstore saying the tracking label showed that the return of the wrong item was in process. This company is so unethical. BEWARE! I paid for expedited shipping, order did not arrive because items were on back order, I cancelled the order only to be sent the order a week and a half later. So dishonest and scammers!!! So many similar reviews‼️. Don’t purchase from them, you’ll end up frustrated and cheated.
