The sunscreen I've received was watery. I've been using this product for years and the texture is completely off. They delivered my sunscreen to a community box without sending me any emails about it so the product was left under the sun for 3 days. They refused to reimburse the product. I usually purchase with beautysence and I've always had good customer service. Unfortunately they are out of my sunscreen so I decided to give dermstore a chance. It was a big mistake.
The DERMSTORE SUCKS!!!! I paid for 2 day delivery and they send a notice stating an extra day yet won't refund the expedited fee, not answer any calls, nor any emails!!!! THIS COMPANY SUCKS!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Beware if you are ordering from this company and live in the U.S. I now understand that shipping takes forever because it’s a U.K company. That’s all fine, if they could get a handle on their shipping to the U.S. Several of my orders over the years have been shipped and not received or received really late! My last order was split up into two shipments. One went to New Jersey and one California. I live in North Carolina. This place sucks ! Don't buy from them. I got cheated out of 200 dollars!! They do not care and take your money!! I have never dealt with a company like this before. I would feel embarrassed to work for dermstore! Very angry about how customer service deals with giving a refund.... they dont give refunds or accept returns. Pathetic!! Very unacceptable and unprofessional
