This place sucks ! Don't buy from them. I got cheated out of 200 dollars!! They do not care and take your money!! I have never dealt with a company like this before. I would feel embarrassed to work for dermstore! Very angry about how customer service deals with giving a refund.... they dont give refunds or accept returns. Pathetic!! Very unacceptable and unprofessional

I will never use dermstore again. Horrible customer service. I called and emailed multiple times about a face lotion that arrived with a broken pump. It was never rectified. The pump works off air, so the cap is sealed. I can’t even open it to use the lotion!! The product is Epionce Renewal Facial Lotion.
Received expensive rosehip oil from the Dermstore for Christmas. The oil smelled weird so I tried for a refund or replacement. Their return and replacement/refund policy is so onerous that I chose to forget about it. Amazon they are not.
