I only gave it two stars because the customer support agent actually called me back and tried to get the provider on the call. Apart from that, you phone calls will not go through, there is easy way to clarify your bill details and on top of it all they came back to me saying that they don’t care what I have to say, the provider said I gave verbal content for lab work (which I never did).

The medical office that I work for has does a lot of business with Dermpath Diagnostics over the last 4 years and we have never been disappointed. Our reports are always received quickly and are easy to read and understand. Satire, the receptionist, is AWESOME!!! She is incredibly efficient, helpful, and always kind (even on days when I have to call multiple times needing something). I highly recommend Dermapth Diagnostics.
