Do not use their services! You will pay for one treatment over several months. I had a service completed with them which I have paid for in full several times only for a bill to appear in the mail saying that my insurance no longer covers a small portion of the service. I called the service desk, and was told to ignore the third bill for the same service. Only to be hit with a collections notice for a bill I was told was paid in full. I wish I would have selected another office. I will NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES EVER AGAIN.

I only gave it two stars because the customer support agent actually called me back and tried to get the provider on the call. Apart from that, you phone calls will not go through, there is easy way to clarify your bill details and on top of it all they came back to me saying that they don’t care what I have to say, the provider said I gave verbal content for lab work (which I never did).
