ive never been here and i got a bill.
Trying to reach them by phone was IMPOSSIBLE! I tried 3 times before getting the same robot answer "sorry we can't take your call but you may try later". The only thing they do good is overbilling!
I concur with the other 4 reviews. We have insurance and I confirmed that the physician's office who performed the procedure provided Dermpath with our insurance. It is impossible to get someone on the phone to provide them with our insurance information again.
They send you a bill, continue to bill the wrong insurance even though I called and mailed copies of insurance cards. Now no one will answer the phone. What a scam.
I feel it's quite unprofessional. To receive a bill in the mail and not have 1 person. Answer the phone. It's a sad thing that people are having medical services done and and not 1 person, EVEN AN INSURANCE COMPANY, HAS TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!!! VERY SAD AN MESSED UP I AM CALLING THE BBB TODAY! CALLING THE BBB
