Dr. Phelan is the best! An expert in his field, listens to his patients and cares deeply about their health and well-being. His assistant Julie is also fantastic - she’s always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable

Dr Phelan is wonderful. He’s so smart and patient and calm and he’s like talking to a friend. But he’s your cardiologist. I consider myself very lucky to have found him!
Dr. Phelan is a very thorough doctor. He doesn’t rush you, and explains things clearly. His staff is easy to communicate with and quickly responds to any issues you might have. I gladly drive an hour in order for him to be my cardiologist!
