Dr Phelan/Julie provide outstanding care! Very responsive when you have questions and incredibly thorough during in-person exams/appointments!! And Dr Phelan is always available when you him!!
Dr. Phelan is a gifted cardiologist. He really cares about his patients. He takes time to really listen and patiently answer any questions that I have. I consider myself an outdoor wilderness enthusiast and an endurance athlete. Dr. Phelen has helped me regain the ability to do the things I love, and regain the confidence to do them. I'm so glad to have him leading my team!

I started with Dr Phelan when he was in the Cleveland Clinic. When he left I did not feel they had anyone replacing him that was of his caliber. I see him now in Charlotte. He is warm , compassionate and a brilliant cardiologist and leader in his field. HIs staff from his nurses to the technicians are all pleasant and highly skilled. I would recommend these folks without hesitation.
