I visited Dermosphere Clinic today for a consultation. I was informed that Dr. Ishmith and Dr. Deepak were not available, and my consultation was done by Dr. Monica Chaudhary instead. However, the prescription I received still mentioned Dr. Deepak’s name, not the doctor who actually saw me. This is quite concerning because a medical prescription should clearly mention the correct consulting doctor’s name for accountability and transparency.
