We came to Dermody after we were not impressed with another experience. The staff and office blew me away with their enthusiasm and kindness. We were met with genuine smiles and staff that truly love their job.

Wow this has to been the best pediatric dentist experience. Even my son who’s 8 notices how welcoming, loving and caring they were. He even made a comment about his previous dentist office didn’t do half of what this office did. 10/10 from how fast, efficient and attentive. The dental hygienist Lindsay was amazing and welcoming. I can’t recommend it enough.
The front desk , dental hygienists and assistants are excellent! The care and compassion provided to my kids by them were incredible! Unfortunately Dr. Rachel did not provide the same level of care and compassion. I originally was not going to write a review after a horrible experience, however after a new follow up today I felt it was important for parents to know so that you can choose a provider that you feel is best for you in full transparency. Usually happy with this dentist appointments. Today was not a good day for them. They took back the wrong child thank goodness my daughter said I don’t like that movie. They said they would’ve figured out. She wasn’t the right one, but that’s kinda scary that they had the wrong patient in the room. Had a 10 o’clock appointment which I told the lady on the phone that I have to be out of there before 11 maybe 10:45 so that I can pick up my other son from school they didn’t take us back until 10:25 for an appointment that takes... read more
