Wow this has to been the best pediatric dentist experience. Even my son who’s 8 notices how welcoming, loving and caring they were. He even made a comment about his previous dentist office didn’t do half of what this office did. 10/10 from how fast, efficient and attentive. The dental hygienist Lindsay was amazing and welcoming. I can’t recommend it enough.
The front desk , dental hygienists and assistants are excellent! The care and compassion provided to my kids by them were incredible! Unfortunately Dr. Rachel did not provide the same level of care and compassion. I originally was not going to write a review after a horrible experience, however after a new follow up today I felt it was important for parents to know so that you can choose a provider that you feel is best for you in full transparency. Usually happy with this dentist appointments. Today was not a good day for them. They took back the wrong child thank goodness my daughter said I don’t like that movie. They said they would’ve figured out. She wasn’t the right one, but that’s kinda scary that they had the wrong patient in the room. They very professional and kind with the kids☀️. (I went to the little by little in Jupiter and them wants to take out 2 molars of my son who has 5 years old due to cavities 🥹🥹.. ) in Dermody take care the molars with a treatment. My son can continue enjoy his molar until 12 years old when is supposed to do lose .
We had such a wonderful experience at this dentist office with our son, who is autistic and has sensory sensitivities. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were so kind and welcoming. Even though our son started crying right away because he was nervous, they immediately offered to put on a show for him on their TV to help him feel more comfortable.
