Honestly, it would take too long to type all the problems with this office’s staff, specifically Gloria, who is the probably the most condescending person I’ve ever heard speak. Just do yourself a favor and choose a different doctors office. Save yourself the frustration.
He cares. Is great.
Dr John Dermody is an outstanding Medical Doctor who has taken care of us for many years. He is an extremely caring professional very intelligent and the most caring human person we have ever known. Very much like a country Doctor who cares for the entire family. His staff are so caring and wonderful who goes above and beyond in their actions. Thank you to all.
This office is TERRIBLE. I initially went here to see their NP Leah Durante who was great. Then she was only available 2 days a week and I had to see the two other doctors. As a female I felt like they diminished and didn't take my care seriously. I was diagnosed with Bells Palsey (when half of your face doesn't work). The young Dermody gave me a slip of paper and told me to "Google" it to find out more and didn't even tell me to protect my non-functioning eye. I had the pleasure of being one of Dr. Dermodys patients for over 10 years years. I would still be with him today if I hadn’t moved away. I miss him everyday. I have been with Dr. Dermody for over 20 years and have been happy with him and his nurses. The front desk staff however, is a much different story. Rude, condescending and un -helpful describes the reception.
