The receptionist that has an accent is rude
Have been a patient of Dr. Jim DeLuke's for decades. Currently undergoing procedure for a new crown. The care has been and is excellent and compassionate. The office staff are like family. Highly recommend.
My mom has been going here since childhood, as have I, and it’s always been a great experience. I never understood why people hated the dentist until I heard some stories! None of that here, just kind, gentle people. Quite unfortunate they don’t take insurance, but I consider it worth the expense. Teeth are important; I wouldn’t trust just anyone to go scraping around in my mouth! I’ve had multiple baby teeth and my wisdom teeth removed here.
I went to Dr. Reilly for a tooth extraction on a molar that had two previous root canals. We discussed my history, my questions , and pain anxiety. He was very patient and assured me that I shouldn’t feel any pain with the appropriate amount of Novocain. He verified that I did in fact need the tooth removed. Once I was numb, the procedure took about ten minutes even with me requesting a short break due to my anxiety. Dr. Reilly exhibited great skill and compassion. His support staff was amazing!
