This was my first online appointment with Dr Christopher Ross, and I’m very grateful for the care I received. He saw me the day after I got my GP referral and prescribed treatment straight away, including systemic retinoids. Immediate access and sensitive, sympathetic consultation.
I have always had an excellent experience with DermoDirect. Dr Chris Ross really listens and explains options well and living in a rural region, the Telehealth service is the only way I can readily access dermatological services.
I had a great consultation with Dr Ross - he was easy to talk to and addressed my concerns. What a great way to talk to a dermatologist without having long wait times to book in for a face-to-face etc. The phone consult also meant I was able to access a dermatologist easily, which I would have found difficult to do otherwise with having a young child.
