Melody at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. Once I got checked in, Britt took me over, got some before pictures and was very helpful. I got lip filler done here 3x now and it looks amazing. If you’re looking for the perfect shape, I suggest seeing Regine! I showed her my inspo pics and she replicated it, almost exactly. They also run different specials often so pricing is reasonable.
This was my first time ever getting this treatment. I was nervous all the staff made me feel comfortable. I overall I had a great experience. Angeline was very patient and explain thoroughly which helped. Alyssa was patient with as I was going through the initial process of the evaluation. Lastly, Dana was so friendly and warm. She helped he feel at ease and excited for the upcoming results. She also patiently helped me sign up for start earning rewards. Thank you.

Update: I am now going to ER a year later after a Sculptra injection at Dermfx. I went in for a Sculptra procedure with Vanessa Moreno at Redondo Beach and specifically requested treatment only in my jaw area. After the first jaw injection, the nurse recommended also injecting my mid-face, even though I did not feel that area needed treatment, and I agreed because I trusted her professional judgment. I just love going to DermFx! Everyone there is so kind and professional. The service is exceptional and the staff always makes sure to apply any rewards - without asking. The most outstanding experience was when I had a reaction to Botox. They FaceTimed me to see the reaction, immediately called in a prescription and checked on me twice that week to make sure I was alright. I really feel valued. It’s truly a special place!
