I’ve used them for years. And recently they rushed out on a Sunday evening to fix my downed walk in freezers. Stellar work
We used Dermer for our commercial kitchen walk-in cooler. The unit is less than a year old and we've had nothing but issues with it. The entire system crapped out on a weekend and when we called to have someone come look at it they were extremely rude. We explained that we had tens of thousands of dollars of inventory in the cooler that we were going to lose it all if they didn't come out.
