Dan Dermer is an unethical business person. After being good tenants in one of his buildings for 9 years he is claiming he does not have our security deposit and is ignoring our calls and messages. We paid rent on time every month, satisfied every obligation under our lease, and left the space in very good condition. He is stealing our money.

Dermer Management is the managing office for my co-op and an excellent management company at that! I will say as a first-time co-op owner I was surprised by the number and cost of fees but you truly do get what you pay for! Dermer is engaged, responsive, and professional. Laurie in particular is always a great help and quick to respond when needed. Especially after speaking with friends in other co-ops I do feel very lucky to have their management!
