Horrible, my mom makes an appointment and I take her down there, she lugs herself up 2 flights of stairs, I go to check in with the receptionist, give her my info and appointment time and she looks at me like I’m speaking Chinese, they have no record of our appointment and were told can’t be seen today, screw em I ain’t going back, plenty of other greedy attorneys out there
We used Dermer Law since 2018. Toby has been really responsive and helpful, from Trusts to real-estate transactions. I'll be coming in for 2023 taxes as my current situations are getting a bit more complicated than what I could personally handle in the past. By the way, whoever says law & CPA firms are boring should really check out this place. Both Mr. Dermer and Toby are quite entertaining. Toby not only has the heart of a teacher, she is absolutely fun and funny to chat with!
