Zaib is an amazing nurse, She is very professional, helpful and ensures things run smoothly. I have been a patient here for over an year now, with weekly visits. Zaib ensures appointments are scheduled timely and any changes are shared in advance. Recommend this clinic overall for care, professionalism and guidance.
Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's office in a long time. I can't remember the male doctor I saw today for my big toe on my left foot but he was nice and actually listened which was very refreshing. His female assistant I saw before he came in was also very friendly and professional but also took the time to listen. We had great experience at Dermcare phototherapy services. The staff are all very kind, accommodating and respectful. Zaib in particular is extremely competent, professional and compassionate. Their care and attention make every visit comfortable and pleasant.
DO NOT come here, avoid this place at all costs. Worst experience in my life. I came here as a referral from my family doctor because I had acne on my shoulders. Dr. Al-Mohammedi does not care for his patients. Throughout my Accutane journey (Epuris) I began to see signs of scars. At the time I did not know what it was, so I came into my appointment to show him. He barely looked at it and dismissed it as if it was nothing. He said it was "normal", so I ignored it.
