Had a procedure with Dr minet Wonderful doctor Very friendly and understandable
Terrible customer service and practice. Hard to get anyone to connect with over the phone. They were going to charge me $100 for cancellation fee, which should not have applied to us, as they gave us an appointment less than the timeline of the cancellation policy. It seems their priorities are to charge people unjust fees rather than to provide medical support.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Staff are rude and lacking communication skills. Wait times are always 45 mins or over. No concerns with my doctor, it's the staff and management that needs to improve their process in this clinic.
