Applied through derm.ca subsidiary company called acne.ca (also owned/operated by Dr. Ken Alanan) for an online consultation costing $79 and was assured a response within 48 hours, it's now 2 weeks and still nothing. I called 5 days ago asking for a refund, still nothing but unanswered calls. These people are actual thieves, if you take a closer look into Dr. Alanan’s reviews, you'll notice consistently low ratings, which might explain why he's resorting to charging people $79 for consultations without delivering. Great experience. Ildiko changed my life by treating a deep face scar. The result has been amazing and the scar has healed significantly. I finally feel confident about my skin. They are very honest and knowledgable. I am sharing my experience so others can get the benefit. Also the front desk staff were very nice and professional.
Dr. Alanan and his team are extraordinary in the care they provide to vulnerable patients undergoing biopsy procedures. Their expertise is second to none and their kindness is just a notable. We travelled from British Columbia for a biopsy because Dr. Alanan’s procedure would be less invasive, faster healing and more comprehensive for diagnosis and followup.
