Terrible. I wanted to cancel and they refused. They shipped it several days later. There is a 10 page form to fill out to return it. There is no human customer service. It is a Scam. Complete baloney. I put a hold on my credit card and shipped the box back to the address without opening. The USPS will pay the return shipping when you refuse to accept it. Do not go with this nonsense company.
Scam. Orderded June 1 2023, no product, no update. Scammers for sure
Similar experience with other people who ordered items online from this company. Got the tracking number on 5/29 with estimated delivery between 6/2-6/5. By 6/12 when I checked the tracking status, USPS showed they had the label prepared but no items being delivered by the shipper to USPS. I reached out to the company for the status of my order. And I also requested to cancel the order and asked for a refund. Let’s see if they respond at all. I started having no faith that this company is doing a legit business.
Tracking info says that a shipping label was created on 5/4/23. Delivery expected 5/7-5/10. As of 5/12, USPS says they have not received the product. This looks like a scam.
Have not heard back. Have not received product i ordered. Do not recommend.
