I have never received a bill from this company. A year or so after a procedure, I receive a bill from a bill collector. As far as I'm concerned that is bad business practices. If they sent me a bill, I would definitely pay it. I do not like receiving bills from bill collectors.
Sent me a bill for full amount before sending it to Blue Cross. Called Blue Cross and they took care of it!
