Tyler deserves 10 stars, but apparently Google has decided we only get 5. He was absolutely fantastic. He listened to every single one of my concerns and never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions which, trust me, is an accomplishment. He took the time to go over everything with me, including treatment options, insurance, costs, and all the little details most places do breeze past. Tyler was very thorough and helpful. They were kind and patient with me and my young kids I had with me. Great experience!
5 stars plus!! I have had my fair share of doctors that have not helped me at all with my skin problems and Dr. McKinnon and his team were so nice and helpful. First time I’ve felt hopeful!!! Highly recommend. Thank you again Dermatology West.
