Dr Alan Donnelly is a top-class dermatologist whose care and judgment stand out. After seeing many specialists over more than 60 years for skin cancers, I found his advice and treatment to be first class. I especially appreciated that surgery was not his first option. His friendly, professional manner inspired confidence and made the whole experience reassuring and much appreciated.
Dr Donnelly is a thorough and a great consultative dermatologist. I saw 2 other dermatologists and countless other GPs and he was the first to diagnose me accurately and follow through with the required tests to find out what is triggering my skin issues. Highly recommend.
We were in today and had to sit through the office manager complaining and talking badly about other staff. It was extremely unprofessional. In breach of so many laws.

Many years ago I was referred to Dr Donnelly as my specialist in skin cancer. (I did not have other skin problems). He has the valuable ability in a consultation to combine his professional expertise with a friendly demeanour. His receptionists are also excellent. I see that some reviewers here say that he is not forthcoming in explaining things, but in my experience medical specialists are usually taciturn, and when pressed his explanations are good.
