Dr Highsmith is exceptional at identifying areas requiring surgery. Surgeries turn out great. Staff of Maria, Scarlet and Carmen are wonderful. Highly recommend DSI for all skin care.
Had a great experience seeing Dr. Highsmith for a biopsy and a skin exam, he was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure to me and how it works prior to starting. His staff did a great job numbing me (I barely felt the needle at all). The office was nice and all of his staff were very helpful. The wait time for me was very short. I will be coming back to Dr. Highsmith for future visits.
Disappointed with my Botox experience with Dr. Highsmith. I got 60 units for 3 spots, but the treatment was only 5-10% effective. Called the office and they told me to wait for a few weeks, but still no progress. Eventually they asked me to go back so the Dr can fix it. When I went back for the fix, Dr Highsmith asked me to pay again for the treatment and still there is no guarantee. It is like you receive a defective item, ask for a replacement but they not only charge you again but don't even guarantee the replacement item... read more
Great experience for my sons- minor medical issues managed very quickly and efficiently. Very professional staff. Contemporary facilities. Highly recommend.
