I've been with Peninsula Dermatology for over 10 years. I get skin checks every 6 months. I had a painful skin problem that could not wait until my next appt. They were amazing taking care of the problem. They got me in and solved the problem promptly. I appreciate their understanding and ability to help me in a reasonable time frame. The staff always explains every step and is very courteous.
I went in for the first of three IPL treatments with Dr T. The treatment was explained well to me. The staff was friendly, helpful and respectful. Dr T kept checking during the treatment to make sure I was doing all right. She followed up with a phone call the next day to check in. It was a positive experience.
Dr. Himes is the best! She genuinely cares about her patients and takes very good care of them! (Since she relocated from the Newport News, VA office to the Williamsburg, VA office, I drive from Hampton Virginia to Williamsburg to keep her as my dermatologist.)
The staff and doctors at the surgical center are top notch. The professionalism, technical expertise and kindness is over the top. The best thing is there painless!
Have been a Dr Himes patient for years. I won’t see anyone else but her. So thorough & has found more than one suspicious areas to check out. Never a disappointed time with her expertise.
