The staff are very unfriendly to people who have a hearing disability. I have tried to use them for the last 5 years or so and it is very difficult to make a appointment because the staff has no training for patients who have disability’s

My 8 year old saw Dr Herdener today for what we thought was a skin tag. Turned out to be a wart so he removed it from his face and treated the ones on his hands. The Dr and Becca were so nice. We ended up coming back in from the parking lot because of an issue with the spot where the wart was removed. They took us right back and patched him up and were very compassionate. I will definitely be recommending this office to others.
