During my second and last visit the front desk receptionist "Katie" who sits on the right hand side was very rude and unprofessional with her rude un lady like remarks. From her attitude, tone and unprofessional remarks towards me was uncalled for. As a patient I went in hoping to be treated with respect and to be seen without any issues.
