The Dr's are very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing and giving instructions on aftercare. The whole office is pleasant and personable. I highly recommend this practice.
I had previously contacted this practice and during a conversation with an employee named Sara (Chiefland office) she hung up on me. I then spoke with the Clinic Mgr, Kim at the Gainesville location. Kim stated she had reviewed the call and the hang up was un-founded so she apologized. Due to this interaction I told Kim I would not set an appt with this clinic. Fast forward about a week. Dr Mitchell was very personable, efficient and thorough. She listened to and addressed my concerns. The office was very clean and the wait time was minimal. Great experience!
