outstanding experience from the front desk (i did not catch her name but she was amazing), to the amazing medical assistant angie, to Dr. Katchman herself! everyone was very attentive to my problem and made everything so easy and seamless. i highly recommend!
I was cautious after looking at previous(really old) reviews but I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I was warmly greeted upon entering the practice and thanked graciously for filling out all of the paperwork beforehand. Then I was greeted by Angie and walked to the room. I had an appointment with Dr. Katchman for the first time. She was extremely rude for a simple appointment that took less than 15 minutes. She also said I do not need to come back until I am over the age of 50 for annual skin checks because it is not necessary. That is what "they" recommend. That's over 20 years from now. I will never see her again.
I recently re-connected with Dr. Katchman to address a worsening Psoriasis condition that I have been struggling with for years. Angie and Dr. Katchman were beyond helpful and suggested some newer treatments available. Now, within just months, I have clear skin!! For over 35 years my shower ritual of skin defoliation would take over 30 minutes. Now I hop in and out, no combs or fancy shampoos to help remove stubborn plaques. I had an appointment with Dr. Katchman. She seemed disinterested in providing any actual diagnosis. I have been dealing with itchy skin after shower for many years. I have tired everything I could after reading articles on the internet and using multiple different brands of soap and body wash. I figured, I would go to the dermatologist after not being able to find solution on my own. Dr. Katchman only advice was to take cold showers and she said what did you really expect coming here today
