I wish I had read the reviews before going. I was really disappointed with my experience at this practice with Dr. Katchman. I just read reviews of the doctor telling patients they don’t have to come back until they’re over 50. I was also told this in my 9 min appt. I felt like she wanted to be anywhere other than that room. I felt talked down to during the visit, which, combined with my concerns not being addressed, made the experience frustrating and disappointing. I saw Dr. Scola today for a full body mole check. It was my first time and i didn't quite know what to expect but Dr. Scola and her assistant, Kara, made me feel comfortable during the exam. I was relieved to know that my skin and moles were healthy. Dr. Scola was pleasant and patient and answered all my questions about skin care.
Dr Scola is wonderful! Everyone was really warm and pleasant, they took me back right away - no waiting! I got a suspicious bump removed and it was pretty painless. Glad to have found a great local dermatologist!
outstanding experience from the front desk (i did not catch her name but she was amazing), to the amazing medical assistant angie, to Dr. Katchman herself! everyone was very attentive to my problem and made everything so easy and seamless. i highly recommend!
I was cautious after looking at previous(really old) reviews but I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I was warmly greeted upon entering the practice and thanked graciously for filling out all of the paperwork beforehand. Then I was greeted by Angie and walked to the room.
