Dr Jones does a great job. Reception staff super helpful.
I had Moh's surgery to remove a large BCC on my nose with Dr Douglas Coates. He performed my procedure with the utmost care. He was always professional, I never felt rushed, and he put me to ease when I had any doubts. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He done an excellent job on my nose. Staff were always nice to me.Thank you Dr Coates
The admin and reception staff need to lift their game. Poor communication practices, sloppy documents and time spent yakking over holiday plans could be spent supplying the patients with better information. The Doctors need to find a better practice manager.
After my husband waited a year for his skin check appointment, he drove 6 hours today to see Dr Read at Everton Park for a 15 minute appointment. He was told she wouldn’t be long and to wait in the consult room. He waited there for over an hour, without any communication from any staff member he decided to get dressed and walked out to drive another 6 hours home without his consult. This is so completely unprofessional and disappointing.
