I had Moh's surgery to remove a large BCC on my nose with Dr Dougal Coates. He performed my procedure with the utmost care. He was always professional, I never felt rushed, and he put me to ease when I had any doubts. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He done an excellent job on my nose. Staff were always nice to me.Thank you Dr Coates

The admin and reception staff need to lift their game. Poor communication practices, sloppy documents and time spent yakking over holiday plans could be spent supplying the patients with better information. The Doctors need to find a better practice manager.
