I had Moh's surgery to remove a large BCC on my nose with Dr Douglas Coates. He performed my procedure with the utmost care. He was always professional, I never felt rushed, and he put me to ease when I had any doubts. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He done an excellent job on my nose. Staff were always nice to me.Thank you Dr Coates
The admin and reception staff need to lift their game. Poor communication practices, sloppy documents and time spent yakking over holiday plans could be spent supplying the patients with better information. The Doctors need to find a better practice manager.
After my husband waited a year for his skin check appointment, he drove 6 hours today to see Dr Read at Everton Park for a 15 minute appointment. He was told she wouldn’t be long and to wait in the consult room. He waited there for over an hour, without any communication from any staff member he decided to get dressed and walked out to drive another 6 hours home without his consult. This is so completely unprofessional and disappointing.
From Teresa on reception through to my consultation with Dr Genevieve Peek I felt supported and educated about my skin. The entire process was efficient, professional and caring. Thanks for your great service. I highly recommend the team at DSC.
I have had the best experience here! Nurse Sarah was amazing, so kind and educational. As well as Dr Genevieve Peek who was attentive and gave me a solution to something I have been struggling with for years.
