I walked in for a quick checkup, and was told that the doctor is within my insurance network, only to turn out that they were out of network and I need to pay $200 on top of what I already paid. I tried to settle this on two different occasions reaching out to your customer service, which insured me this would get looked into and I would be notified, only to get charged the amount without any explanation.
