Had basal cell carcinoma on side of my nose....Dr Pilcher (a mohs trained surgeon) removed it and reconstructed/patched the hole created by the removal. Several associates (including a surgeon friend) warned against the concept - suggesting I have a plastic surgeon conduct the work.
