What a great experience through a stressful time! Dr. Heard and staff are professional and caring. Could not ask for better! They really care about what they do and it shows.
I am not impressed. He was in and out of my room in less than 4 minutes. I walked away with 2 tiny samples of some cream and no follow up instructions or advice. The office itself was like a hotel, but it’s too bad the service was like a motel.
Wonderfully kind and super intelligent physician for dermatology! They were smart and efficient! Lovely office!
Love Dr. Heard. Been seeing him over ten years and I rarely have to wait long. (unlike some of the other doctors in the practice)
I had to wait over 2hours past my appointment time. Dr Heard was in the room about 2minutes. The nurse was supposed to send over to per scription to the pharmacy 24 hours later the pharmacy has not heard from them. I won't go back
