Would give a zero if possible. Went in with an infection through all of my skin.It took a day and a half to get my prescriptions Upon my return visit there was no attempt to recheck my blood and see where infection levels were at and they wanted to biopsy me. Lucky I said no. It’s billed to my insurance as an outpatient surgery and I would have been responsible for. But the office couldn't tell me that I had to call my insurance and ask. Tried 4 times to contact them, they never answer the phone ever. They called me back only 2 times will I was at work so I can't answer the phone, they had given me a creme to put on my lips, it had very clear instructions to NOT take internally, kind of hard to not swallow it, they finally sent a registered letter for me to pickup at the post office..not how I want to spend my lunch break, i called and left a message that I was done with them

I brought my daughter in for wart treatment 4 times and payed my copay each visit. The first two visits were billed correctly and the last 2 were billed incorrectly as a "procedure" instead of an office visit as the first two were. Because of this blunder, my insurance would not cover ANY of the costs. I went into the office and asked them to rebill it correctly and I was told to call a number (because they cant be bothered to fix their own mistakes). I did. I asked for it to be rebilled correctly. The staff is real professional and polite I went there to have cancer spots froze on my hands and a cancer cut out of my arm just went back today and had my stitches took out I'm really pleased with the work they do and how professional they are I would recommend them hands down to anybody
