I was not inpressed with the np i seen. Tge visit was VERY rushed and she acted like she wasnt concerned over my hair loss and did not order any blood tests or anything. Ive lost alot of weight in a short amount of time and i was cleary very upset but she just told me to wait it out or order an expensive med called nutrol and rogaine. Well rogaine says dont use if you dont have any family history of hair loss which i do not!!!!!
Friendly, compassionate and ,knowledgeable. The staff did a great job checking us in. Doctors took the time to answer all my questions!.
Me and my kiddo see Katrina, and she is just amazing! She was meticulous in her exam, and asked lots of questions. She listened to us, and she cares about her patients. We could tell that she really loves her job and is really into dermatology! My kid had been to 4 Drs, every one of them saying it was this one thing when clearly nothing was working. Hello all, I took my 14month old to the battle creek location today on 4-15-2025. Overall the Staff is very kind, polite and respectful. We seen Donn Latour, M.D., ph.D. Certified Medical Physicians Assistant "Stephanie Mason, pa-c." While she was friendly, she did not perform any labs on my sons skin. I explained to her that he has had this skin rash or irritation since December 2024 and has undergone treatment since January 2025. The appointment felt "Rushed." I did not have a good visit here. The provider I spoke to was was dismissive of my concern. She spoke to me like I hadn't done any research and made broad assumptions. Left the office feeling defeated and degraded. The only good thing I will say is it didn't feel like they would try to sell me any services or make any promises they couldn't keep. The office felt chaotic and kind of unclean as well. I will not be back.
