Shelly and her team are fantastic! I had three appointments over two months. Each time I was in the office I was treated like a welcome friend of the family. I even had the pleasure of talking with Sarah at Tri-City Medical Billing. It was refreshing to work with Sarah on a silly billing issue that I accidentally created. Kudos to both companies for great service!
