The way they do billing was not good customer service at all...(my opinion) one price at the desk - another price in a phone call to apologize that they made a mistake on the price charged) then the bill came with another amount. I requested a call from the manager about it to discuss it and all I got was more bills. I did pay it. The doctor did a decent job. and I was initially satisfied with the quality of care.
