Doctor is awesome, intake person needs to have respect for patients. I get tired of the uncaring attitudes and their "policies" that have the patients doing more than what we should have to do to be seen by the doctor, and not knowing who is not following through on what needs to be done.
Let me start by saying that I love Dr. Gillette. She is amazing. However, I have a huge issue with the way my family and I were treated by the front office woman. I'm sorry I failed to catch her name but I tried telling her that giving us essentially half a day to get what they needed was ridiculous. She cut me off very rudely. My child and my mother were almost not seen because for my daughter we needed a referral from her PCP. First off, I had gotten that 3 weeks ago. Secondly, I was told too late. Dr. Rowden was super nice. He explained what things were that I had concerns about and treated them immediately. Office made me feel very uncomfortable.
