I drove down from Ames and arrived on time. Finding a parking spot in the shade, as it was early AM. the first humans I had opportunity to talk with turned out to be the outstanding staff at D.P.C, including PA-C Danielle Bursell and her qualified assistants. There is still a reason the ratings are poor for this practice. Receptionist on phone is a piece of work! She wants her questions about ins coverage specifically answered before she will even tell me if they might be able to provide the service we need. Then she repeatedly asks the same question!
Two times this week I attempted to call, was asked if I was ok being put on hold.., to which i agreed to & was hung up on shortly thereafter (w no call back) both times lol. Made appt elsewhere
Sonja is amazing. She is very knowledgeable in all skincare areas. Very personable, kind, and caring.
Everything was great from check in with Skye to my visit with Dr. Rovner. The office staff was super nice. I have lived all over the US and I can say that Des Moines is lucky to have such a great group of providers here. There will be a wait at any good physician's office. If there is no wait, there is probably a reason. I simply had a precancer treated when I came in, but I realize the person in front of me could have had a much more serious diagnosis, so I understand that good physicians who take their time with cancer pat... read more
