I have been a Patient for over 20 years. Had severe flare up of my Dermatitis. Called left a message for a follow up call on Tuesday never heard back . Call for three days straight no on ever answered the call! Wow! Called after hours line to inform of my condition. Two hours later I just left a follow up call! Really?! Leaving this practice!
Horrible customer service. I called the office to make an appointment for my daughter and the staff was rude and argumentative. I had a good experience years ago but this place obviously hires incompetent rude people to handle their appointments.
