I have been a Patient for over 20 years. Had severe flare up of my Dermatitis. Called left a message for a follow up call on Tuesday never heard back . Call for three days straight no on ever answered the call! Wow! Called after hours line to inform of my condition. Two hours later I just left a follow up call! Really?! Leaving this practice!
Horrible customer service. I called the office to make an appointment for my daughter and the staff was rude and argumentative. I had a good experience years ago but this place obviously hires incompetent rude people to handle their appointments.
I waited over two months for my new patient appointment. She walked into the room, very short with me. Had me sit down on table, looked at me, and gave instructions to a nurse as to what to give me. I asked a question, she was rude. Was In the room with me for five minutes, and left. I will not be returning here and do not recommend them at all. It’s hurry up and charge your insurance, that we pay for.
I do not recommend Dermatology Partners. I called the Canandaigua office to make for an appointment for one of my kids a few weeks ago. I was told that the Rochester office could get her in sooner, so we opted for that. While on the phone with the office, I wrote down the appointment time on my calendar along with the address and description of the building (along with the date a second time). We will be leaving this practice. This is the second occurrence, in the past six months, when multiple calls to the nursing staff (for test results or questions about existing [under there care for]) medical condition go unreturned. We have had a good experience with the doctors but something is not aligned right with their support staff.
Very thorough and caring practice.
