Sky and Michelle were awesome to deal with. Very thorough. Definitely will be returning. The streamline process of rescheduling gets a A+
Overall pleasant experience.
Zero privacy. Door to room is wide open for other patients to walk past and look in. Too many people walking in and out of room, felt impersonal. Nobody explained what they were doing, they just did it and not completely setup. ZERO after care given. Will go back in a week to have stitches removed, after that I will never go back to this chop shop. They knew I was anxious and nervous. So disappointing. They need to take classes for better Patient Care.
