Unfortunately a low rating due to being rushed out twice. My first appointment the Dr was walking out the door while I was asking questions and my latest appointment for an annual skin check, she stated she could only do either a skin check or talk about my face concerns. I figured an annual appointment should be able to cover all concerns. I left after 10 minutes talking to the Dr and although in a gown, no skin check. Very inaccessible. Have been trying to reach them for days now. Getting to talk to them on the phone is a nightmare…not sure why the simple scheduling is made so complicated.
