My sincere sympathy to Joan and the staff at the office. I learned of Dr. Robern’s passing only when presenting for my annual. What a guy! Professional over the top, so knowledgeable and best of all … kind! My dilemma was short lived as Staff member Melissa sprung into action and got Dr. “Rosie” Ashton to agree to see me. On the spot! They do not pick up their phone, respond to messages, or respond to emails. Months after agreeing to a treatment. Left without care.
My GP faxed a referral here and I was told I had an appointment. I had to call and leave voice messages 3 times over the course of a month, for an eventual callback confirming the date and time of my appointment. I was booked a few months out, which I was happy with. Two weeks before my appointment I was called and told my appointment was cancelled and they would not be rebooking it, due to "unforseen circumstances".
