The entire reason I made an appointment was to get some dermatitis checked out on my eyelids. She decided to do a whole skin check and spray areas that I was told were precancercous, before I even consented to it. The entire time, I felt completely unheard but I was trying to not be upset about it...until I got the prescription that Tracie Wilke wrote me for Tacrolimus .1% ointment, which cost me $61 and I pulled out the tube and it said "not for ophthalmic use" on it. 2nd time I've been billed incorrectly and no one in billing answers the phone. I keep getting billed twice for a 5 min. "session" to freeze spray a mole, get a bill for $500. WHAT A SCAM!! They also only correspond using "KLARA" system, that doesn't work unless you have access to your person email and text to put codes in at the same time. WHAT A HASSLE! NEVER GO BACK! Wait unti you see the photos of the butcher job they did on my husbands scalp...
