2nd time I've been billed incorrectly and no one in billing answers the phone. I keep getting billed twice for a 5 min. "session" to freeze spray a mole, get a bill for $500. WHAT A SCAM!! They also only correspond using "KLARA" system, that doesn't work unless you have access to your person email and text to put codes in at the same time. WHAT A HASSLE! NEVER GO BACK!
