Exceptionally rude receptionist! Called me two hours before my appointment and CANCELLED it as it was 'booked' incorrectly. Then rescheduled it 5 months later! Unacceptable and unprofessional.
An outstanding dermatologist experience that I highly recommend. Jonna does an amazing job in caring for patients.
Good luck getting in. Wouldn't even put me on a waitlist for an appointment, even though I was willing to pay out of pocket when I heard they don't take my insurance. Snooty receptionist. Told me to call a doctor closer [I did - and that practice also has an undetermined waitlist time - but at least they put me on it!!!]. Typical Berkshires "healthcare". It's a desert out here and good luck to you if you need to see a specialist.
Dr. Cavalli & her team are the most professional physician's practice in the Berkshires. She & her PAs & NPs are knowledgable, thoughtful & take their time. Dr. Cavalli provides the best cosmetic interventions in the area & her treatments are effective and discreet. The staff are topnotch and responsive.
