Really helpful and friendly welcome staff. Felt really comfortable with the kind and competent doctor and his medicine assistant. As a tourist it's not easy to get a short-term appointment. So happy, they could fit me in and helped me with my symptoms to get back on the road :-)
I have a great experience with Dr. Levy, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and did listen to what I have to say. Took his time to listen to my symptoms, staff are also pleasant and accomodating.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Dr. Levy is the first dermatologist to ever show so much empathy and sincerity towards my severe eczema. He never dismissed or invalidated me like other doctors have when I share my experiences with medication. I hadn’t realized that I was somewhat desensitized towards my condition until I witnessed his compassion — it was validating.
