I have been to the Burien location several times but my most recent experience was absolutely awful to the point where I will be looking for a new dermatologist office. I also work in Healthcare and know how difficult it can be, so writing this review is only because I feel it is absolutely necessary. I saw Heather Haberman and she was wonderful as usual, but the medical assistant and all front office staff completely ruined the experience. Was scheduled to see a specific doctor, but never actually saw that doctor, just a physicians assistant they sent in. Not sure why. Besides that fact, they did meet my needs. Lastly, everyone was accommodating except the person working front desk reception. Gave off a very classic “I’m inconvenienced you came in today” vibe and felt very hostile.
Pleasant and accommodating staff. Dr. Stinnett, awesome! Highly recommended.
I was sent here for a Mohs procedure from one of their other offices. The check-in process was super quick, there was someone standing by to take me back so I didn’t have to wait at all. Everyone from the front desk person to the three other staff I interacted with was kind and friendly. The doctor had to do the procedure on top of my spine and was very gentle, aside from a tiny prick of the needle, I didn’t feel anything during the procedure. Avoid Allison. She is useless. I had a cyst on my chest and instead on advising me to inject it and come back for surgery in a couple weeks when it's smaller, she schedules surgery 2 days later then puts on the paper that I declined the injection. Didn't really care for the surgeon Dr Levy either. He seemed to not care how large the cyst was, he was ready to do the surgery to get paid basically. And the surgery was botched, I felt everything. They need to do better at this place.
