Dr. Jessica is great…Really spends time with you. And the assistants were also patient and kind.
Dr. Jester's office is a business, and your health is treated as a commodity. Rates are exorbitant, front-desk service curt and patronizing, and exams perfunctory at best. If you've got real concerns about your skin—and your well-being–go someplace else.
On time, liked the doc, good staff.
First time was 1700 but I was assured it was covered. It was not. I paid it but asked them to use the insurance code I was given. They never corrected or communicated. The next visit with a nurse practitioner was over 550 for 15 minutes. Again, a coding problem but no one would communicate. So I put it on a payment plan but now am being sent to collections. They also never discounted it to the Blue Cross rate or changed the codes. Beware of going in and if you have a problem, they won’t call you back!
