I have been a patient of Dr. Michael for several years. I am so impressed by him and his wonderful staff. I use to believe customer service and professional care was gone from our society but not at Asheville Dermotology in Asheville NC. They go that extra mile time and time again! From the time you call for an appointment , check in with the Front Desk staff, see Aaron and Dr Michael, it is a most pleasant experience. They are extra kind and gentle with this "ole lady"as well. Oh wow! What a great experience. Every doctor’s office should run their office the way these people do everyone and I mean everyone is so friendly empathetic and accommodating. It is just truly amazing. Dr. Michael didn’t make me feel rushed or crazy over my little mole. He really took the time to explain everything to me and to be empathetic to the way I was feeling and my nerves. Highly highly recommend this office.
Amazing staff, all around. Dr Michaels is extremely helpful, quick, and to the point. He cares about all concerns and addresses them with an answer, and advise. No wait times ever, very efficient office.
Dr. Evan Michael is a wonderful physician in every way. Not only is he a very good listener, but he explains things very well and in terms that are very understandable. He is thorough in his exam. Dr. Michael also answers questions well and responds positively to patient concerns. He treats his patients with dignity and respect and has a very friendly personality. Additionally, appointments with him do not seemed rushed. I plan to go back to him as needed and very highly recommend him to others.
