I would like to start off by saying that I gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. I was referred to see the PA in August of last year as I was concerned about a fairly large area on my nose that was bleeding and had a waxy/pearly texture. They performed a biopsy that left a very visible hole in the center of my nose but that can be overlooked considering everything else that was unacceptable. If I could give this office half of one star, I would! Today, I drove 40 minutes to an empty office! They didn’t call, text, nor email to cancel....SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Visited twice. First visit was great. Saw Dr. Welch and her P.A. Very satisfied. Second visit I only saw Christopher, P.A. He could not do a biopsy and Dr. Welch was unavailable. Asked me to return. I will not spend more time and money. Will see another dermatologist.

My mother appointment was at 930 got here at 910 and was brought to back at 919 and still waiting on dr to come in room as of this moment and its 1023. Just went to desk to see what is the problem and lady said my mother is next to see Dr. Welch. This is beyond ridiculous to see a dr especially when you have an appointment schedule in advance. We will not be returning.
