The Staff was great, especially ANGEL she was efficient, kind, and very helpful. The provider was very professional. I just want to say Thank you all for making it a comfortable and easy experience.
I was a Dr Ondo patient a few years ago but found him to be less thorough than Dr Kerner and less knowledgeable. In my experience the better doctor is located at Epiphany Dermatology!
As a first-time customer, I was disappointed with how my situation was handled. I provided the correct contact number when scheduling, but the office entered it incorrectly by transposing digits. Because of this, I didn’t receive any automated reminder which I rely on, like most people, to keep up with appointments. Saw Dr Ondo today! Thorough and his office staff, namely Christy was kind, compassionate and listened to my needs. Check in process was smooth sailing. I would definitely return. The provider is very knowledgeable and kind.
