I was a Dr Ondo patient a few years ago but found him to be less thorough than Dr Kerner and less knowledgeable. In my experience the better doctor is located at Epiphany Dermatology!
As a first-time customer, I was disappointed with how my situation was handled. I provided the correct contact number when scheduling, but the office entered it incorrectly by transposing digits. Because of this, I didn’t receive any automated reminder which I rely on, like most people, to keep up with appointments.
