I don't know whether I caught Dr. Ondo on a bad day or not, but he was rather short with me. He did not let me finish any of my sentences, and I ended up leaving my appointment without addressing one of the two reasons that brought me in. Update, January 28, 2005. ***I have seen Dr. Ondo again and he was kind and responsive to my questions. I consider him to be my dermatologist!***
First time patient here so I showed up a few minutes early to fill out paperwork for a noon appointment. It’s been over an hour now and i still haven’t seen a doctor. This is frustrating because I was reminded on a phone call two days ago that if I was 10 minutes late it would be considered a no show and I would be charged. Apparently the patient’s time is far less valuable than the doctor’s.
He spent quite a bit of time researching my problem after I left his iffice, then got back to me with his diagnosis!
