I had a rude and terrible experience with the Billing lady Elise, Practice Manager Amanda as well as the Owner Dr. Ondo Andrews. This was after I tried for more than 2 months to try and pay a bill, unsuccessfully. Never receiving a call back. But, receiving text messages from a personal cell phone that had nothing to do with business. Then was called a “Liar” after an investigation of this number came back to that employee. I've been going to see Dr. Ondo for quite a few years for my condition and I am largely impressed by his expertise and how up to date he stays on treatments and options.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Ondo since I was a teenager. He’s a great doctor, very thorough, patient and helpful. His office is prompt with the appointments that I’ve had and have even been able to get me in faster by being out on a cancellation list when I need a last minute appointment. One of the women who works the front desk is especially nice. I highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with the staff. I had been a long time patient, when my PCP found a fast growing lesion suspected to be cancer. I called to get an appointment, and was stonewalled. He's booked solid for over a month, she said. I can put you on a cancellation list, she said. But my Dr had made it clear I needed a biopsy this week. I hung up in distress.
