Came for a scheduled appt at 1 - almost 2 hrs here and still on the waiting room - yet they will cancel an appointment if you’re 10 min late … doesn’t make sense at all …
If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I had an appointment for 3pm on a Thursday. On my way to my appointment I got a call at 239pm asking where I was. And was told if I didn't arrive by 245pm they would be canceling my appointment and charging me a no show fee of $40. Mind you I was 2 minutes from the office. This is absurd, as many offices have grace periods. I just spoke to one in el paso who has a 15min grace period. Looking back, this office closes at 3pm on Thursdays, yet my appointment was for 3pm.
