I’ve been a patient of Dr.Ondo since I was a teenager. He’s a great doctor, very thorough, patient and helpful. His office is prompt with the appointments that I’ve had and have even been able to get me in faster by being out on a cancellation list when I need a last minute appointment. One of the women who works the front desk is especially nice. I highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with the staff. I had been a long time patient, when my PCP found a fast growing lesion suspected to be cancer. I called to get an appointment, and was stonewalled. He's booked solid for over a month, she said. I can put you on a cancellation list, she said. But my Dr had made it clear I needed a biopsy this week. I hung up in distress. The staff consistently demonstrates a positive and welcoming demeanor. JULIE provided exceptional assistance in scheduling a non-emergency appointment. The medical professionals exhibit professionalism and excellent communication skills. I highly recommend their services.
