Please, please put signs out on main street to tell patients the entrance in not on Main but off the side street. I was walking back and forth looking for entrance. Also paid for street parking. Thank you.
They should just have a sign or upfront that pay is necessary before procedure the way they beat around that instead of being clear seems to me to be rude and judgy!!! I totally know the prices as I usually go to Bloomington office but never had to pay before service it just rubbed me wrong!!! I was told what they could do and help with but they didn't actually fulfill that by missing a few marked areas that we discussed and I was meditating through it and didn't realize till after I left everyone was professional except the... read more
